IS IT THE SHOES?
“To celebrate how sneakers have exploded into the mainstream over the last three decades, ‘We Are Parable’ are holding an “Is It The Shoes?” retrospective, exploring the influence that trainers have on design, music, art, film and fashion.”
On Thursday I’ll be checking out the launch event at the Rag Factory, East London from 6pm!
On Sunday 13th October; there will be a workshop taking place at BOXPARK.
“1-4pm by street artist PINS will encourage participants to step into the role of sneaker designers by creating sketches of iconic shoes.
The produced pieces of artwork will form part of a bigger project: put aside one another, the images will form a huge montage of a unique sneaker.”
