The upstairs of East London’s Boxpark area hosted the event in which people rammed to watch Cyril DJ. Free drinks on offer disappeared in minutes while the room quickly filled to a mass capacity state.
Cyril dropped classic remixes amongst dance and house tunes to an excited, happy crowd. The sound was good, the atmosphere was great and the crowd were hyped!
After that we headed to the opening of East London’s new pop up drink and food event Night Tales.
With food from companies as acclaimed as Patty and Bun, a mezzanine cocktail bar overlooking the whole event, varies bars and a DJ/ dance area; there was a lot to see and do. The ground floor was a circle of bars and food options surrounding a hay/ wood themed seating and standing area. Held in a disused car park, spanning over 24 metres, dressed with fairy lights and planted trees; this new winter hangout makes for a cosy hub of entertainment. Don’t worry about getting cold there are heaters all around as well as contained bonfires and a covered bar/ dance area to hide from the elements.
