NIKE X ROUNDEL BY LONDON UNDERGROUND COLLABORATION
Last weekend there was a massive queue for the long awaited air max collaboration between Nike and London Underground. Queues started from 5am, for the pop up at Piccadilly Circus station.
The collection is formed of two staple silhouettes, AM90 and AM1.
This collection sees an introduction of Nike’s newest technology – Engineered woven Jacquard. The engineered woven Jacquard process is achieved through a sophisticated weaving technique that uses loomed Jacquard material to achieve a one-piece fit.
The trainers feature a geometric pattern from the old District Line, designed by Misha Black in 1978.
I was so happy to get my hands on these, thanks to a friend picking them up for me!!!
