Crepe City 10: Recap
Saturday 29th Saw the tenth edition of UK Sneaker Festival Crepe City at East London’s Truman Brewery. The event took over two floors; an expansion on previous years being just one floor. The que’s were massive, heading all around the block and the sun was out!
Juice manned the Small Feet Big Kicks stand while I ran around taking snaps and checking out the day in general. Small Feet Big Kicks were as usual the best choice for girls, with half their stand having a mens range of sizes manned up by literally the man behind SFBK; Miles. there were mini sneakers, sneaker keychains, Stance socks, streetwear stalls, Beanie Babes club selling their hats, the Udox Sneaker Guide, DJ’s, beer, hot dogs and lots and lots of people!
The range of footwear this year was huge and the variety was immense and the addition of the second floor meant a lot more clothign brands could sit alongside the sneakers which complimented them really well.
Smiles were everywhere and brand awareness was huge with Adidas having a pop up store near by, Puma having a display in the festival and brands like Jason Mark taking part in the event.
