Adidas Originals EQT Guidance Reissue
For the first time since its 1993 release, adidas Originals completes the return of the Equipment Series with the EQT Guidance model.
In a true to form re-make Adidas has brought the model back in its OG colour-way accompanied by a brand new colour-way inspired by the archive.
In terms of tech it’s true to the core, complete with the shoe’s wraparound tongue, footwrap 3-stripes mark and signature mesh vamp panels in the forefoot for additional support.
A classic running shoe with retro style and appeal – could this silhouette rival the popular ZXflux and Stan Smith models? I dowt – but it will add another tier to the Adidas line of current popular releases and attract a different customer. Adidas’s retro re-releases are paving the way for brands right now and this EQT release further cements their appeal on the street.
