‘Nike x Liberty Disrupting the Archive’ Launch at the Ice Tank Studio

Nike x Liberty mark their tenth installation in their ongoing collaboration team up by revealing a fresh collaboration print where for the first time ever print has been added on top of the iconic liberty print.

I was kindly invited along to a private event at the Ice Tank Studio in central London where I had the chance to screen print my own Liberty fabric with Print Club London. The fabric was then tailored into a one of a kind tote bag that I used to take away a pair of trainers from the new Nike x Liberty collection. Nike product specialists were also be on hand to talk me through the new range and in general it was a very nice experience and lovely afternoon. 

The collection fuses sport and style with a definitive polka-dot design laid over a classic floral Liberty Art Fabric; and everythign about that idea speaks to me. My personality and style is all about juxtaposing ideas, styles and tastes. So taking something classic and adding a strong modern aspect is going to speak my interest.
