Premium outdoor lifestyle brand Timberland are installing a pop up “lab” in the new JD store on Oxford Street on Thursday 16th July from 11am to 6pm to celebrate its opening. Similar to the Lab located in Timberland’s® Regent Street flagship store, this brand experience area will allow customers to customise their purchases on site. All customers can make their boots unique using the complimentary service which sees artist Russell Maurice illustrating live, straight onto the shoes. Known for his graphic characters and abstract camouflage designs Maurice has worked with numerous brands including Maharishi and Puma. Maurice’s work forTimberland® will be highlighted in the window display of the JD store, merchandised with sharp blasts a colour to reference the original Lab aesthetic.
