Rhianna: Fenty for Stance 3rd collection
Rihanna and Stance are at it again with the launch of the third complete collection of Fenty for Stance. Rihanna stars in the campaign for her newest collection of socks and hosiery that she also creatively directed. With a collection that could be called romantic athleisure, the product itself sports a soft pastel palette and introduces interesting new silhouettes. The 19 style collection comes to life through Rihanna’s creative lens, where we see that romance and femininity do not mean demure.
The collection mixes varsity style elements with pastel colors, sexy sheers, mesh and lace. There are a number of new styles in this season, including toeless and footless silhouettes, as well as anklets, over the knee and thigh highs. The use of the number 8 in select styles mark significant milestones including her 8th Studio Album “Anti,” the fastest album to ever go Platinum, and her birth year 1988.
Rihanna joined Stance as Contributing Creative Director, Designer and brand Punk & Poet in 2015, launching her first collection of limited styles in July of last year, followed up by a fall collection in September and a holiday collection in November.
