Editorial: SDNY x The Unisex Mode Part 1
We teamed up with the sports/street brand Supply and Demand NYC (SDYN) and photographer Dean Martindale to show you how we wear their SS16 collection, available from JD Sports. This is a 2 part story – that’s how much we enjoyed wearing the collection. It’s just super cosy and comfy which we love ( Jess has Stay Cosy actually tattooed on her…!).
We like to match and like to have the same things sometimes, as you guys know by now. So in some of the looks you will see how we have both styled up the same piece (but not at the same time for this series).
SDNY or Supply and Demand is a sports and casual brand for men and women. Here we are styling up the women’s collection, and it’s nice to play with some women’s fit tracksuits for a change, usually we wear mens smalls. The cropped fits and tape detailing are some of our favourite details of this section of the collection. It’s the kind of clothing you can wear to the gym and back without feeling too sporty as it has a casual flair to it as well. And if you mix this with the rest of your gym gear you will feel a bit more fashionable in the gym! It’s that great gap between performance and lifestyle wear that we love! And if you work out and have a busy lifestyle I’m sure you feel the same way.
The monochrome colour pallet with the addition of baby pink is the right side of girly and easy to mix with the rest of your wardrobe and kicks.
